“Learning from our mistakes in life is very powerful, however, sometimes it is unnecessary”
We cannot control each individuals life situation, however, we can proactively interject awareness within schools which can help youth experience healthy, sustainable ways to;
acknowledge emotion
develop communication
understand human needs
break habitual tendencies
encourage open conversation
understand and reduce stress
fulfil potential and achieve goals
maintain a purpose and direction
understand environmental needs
process unhelpful thought patterns
overcome self doubt and overthinking
build meaningful relationships and connections
build resilience in the face of inevitable challenges in life.
A huge step in the right direction.

Wellbeing is a goal every person strives for life. We are not born with mental health issues, anxiety or general feelings of unease, they develop as we grow older. We can help future generations learn how to enjoy life, realise their innate resilience, fulfil their potential and collectively improve Wellbeing in society. This is what society needs right now.

Click here to listen to Manx Radio interview or watch the video as we arrive on Peel bay to finish the 115km, 20 hour speed paddle, Kayaking around the Isle of Man. Prep included rowing marathons. The team had to paddling against flood tides and choppy east coast conditions. Supporter shouted encouragement from coastlines to keep us going until the end. A playlist was hacked to include ‘Baby Shark, De Du Du’! on the water. A follower crashed a push bike into a hedge while attempting to track us! We had drone footage recording the start and finish. Seals and dolphins guided us in on home straight! A huge £1300 for superb local mental health charities Quing, Isle Listen and Cruse Bereavement Care! We did Cam proud. Thank you!!
Your cash went to fantastic organisations on the frontline who help people re-kindle a sense of purpose and enjoyment in their lives.
